Do you ever feel depressed, anxious, so down that you don’t think you will ever make it back out?

Chances are you have or still do, because I have and do still have those feelings from time to time.

I am not perfect, I am not a doctor or phycologist, nor am I a pastor or have any degree for any of this. I am simply giving you advise on what has worked in my life and who has worked in my life.

When I started having faith in God and reading my Bible and hearing what he says about me really helps me move past anxiety and out of depression.

Knowing God has big plans and a purpose for me helps calm and bring me hope.

But still having someone here physically I can talk to, someone who cares and can help me when I need someone to lean on is a big factor in moving past these feelings.

For me my support is my wife, she may not have the words to fix everything but having some one to talk to and encourage me everything is ok and will be ok helps calm me and bring me out of that feeling.

This is what I want for all of you, someone you can trust and rely on. Some of you may have this in your life.

But for others, feeling alone and not having anyone makes me sad. I would love to be that support that voice saying all will be ok in your life.

I know you don’t know me from Adam, take some time follow me here and get to know me and my story.

I feel we all need this kind of love and compassion, knowing you are not alone in this feeling.

You are made for more called for more. You do not have to live stuck in your depression.

Please find help, please talk with someone in your life, even if it is not me.

Depression and anxietys are real and not to be taken likely.
